Hello everyone. My name is Rob. I LOVE WWII games of any sort and as soon as I saw screenshots from SH5, I knew I had to have it. My wife and I spent our honeymoon on the Queen Mary. I am a maritime historian going back to when I was 4 and saw a picture of the Lusitania sinking. I was hooked. I had to know everything about ships. When I was 13, I made a web page about the Titanic in Windows Notepad using all HTML code and linked it to every major search engine that was available at the time and it won many awards from Yahoo at the time.

Here's my issue, I have downloaded this single mission and have activated it in the game with JSGME. JSGME says that it's activated. When I enter the game and go to the Historical Missions, it's the first mission that comes up. If I open it in Mission Editor (which I have NO idea how to use) everything comes up as it should and I can see the Queen Mary's waypoints. It seems that the ship actually has a waypoint right in front of my original waypoint. Anyway, after 8 failed missions I have yet to locate the QM. I ran across a troop transport that was escorted by two destroyers and sank all three of them, but the transport was a two stack ship that doesn't even resemble the QM.

My question is, what am I missing? How can it possibly be this hard to find a 1,035 foot long ship in the Irish Sea? Is there any way to check if the mission is properly installed? I know alot about computers and I actually built this one but I know nothing about how to use these programs. Is there a place I need to be on the map? Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I found one of my old WWII games the other day, Command: Aces of the Deep and an old DOS game called WolfPack. Kind of cool to reminisce.
