Mhmmm ... sounds like a big mistake.
Uninstall SH4 completely, delete the folder under "My Documents / SH4" and run the cleaner. Then best a restart of the OS and complete reinstallation of Silent Hunter 4.
But now I have to ask, as a precaution, where do you install SH4 ... Steam?!?
