Well, the only limit, I'm aware of is an IP adress limit. But I think it's one vote per visitor untill next round starts, which is about every 5th day. You can vote from several IP-adresses though, like at work, at home etc...
Then a round winner is declared, and the girls can rerun again in the next round. Well, it sounds a bit silly, since so few girls are in the contest, but it's open for new contestants. So new girls may join, when the contest gets better known. So better win a round early.
