OMEGU v300 Patch 1

Added KiUB 1.1 by Karamazovnew
Removed to TDC on/off from the Periscope Command Icons
Upgraded the OM_SH3_Command_Keys to supportKiUB 1.1 and set the “Torpedo Page” to the “I” key

Special note: AOBF 16-9 Res mod is no longer required and should be removed.
