Operation Monsun thread. There is quite a bit of useful info in there...
So, if you just do OM, and want the plot, use the OM Plot. If you're going to do OMEGU, you do that Environmental 300 "upgrade" and the Patch, and it's in that... Been too long since I messed around in it though, and I am going by what lurker_hlb3 has in his ReadMe files. Your interpretation might be different from mine...
Read them by their dates, so you go in proper order.
