Unsure what would be causing that problem
Another work around would be to grab all the radio folders and place them into one complete JSGME mod that you create yourself. Just ensure that it has a radio file that covers all the frequencies,
If you're unsure; and would like me to create a Venatore Mega Frequency Mod which would contain all my frequencies .... I could do that for you
It will cost you about $10,000 in labor ...... only joking
