Well the only ''horrible'' thing is when it happens because you feel like an evil spirit taking over you, but that only last few seconds before losing consciousness, but not really painful.
The most dangerous thing is to hurt yourself when you fall (but you don't feel any pain because you're totally unconscious). In my case I fell down the stairs (my pills were on the first floor) and nearly lost my right eye, but I've been luky, everything is fine. I just had a big ecchymosis.
My drug dose had been raised and I watch very carefully the time between my two doses, and get some good sleep is also very important. But overall it's not that bad.
