In the first mission of the campaign (with RA mod 1.44) "SEALing their fate"

I go to the coordinates, drop the SEAL team off, and escape south without being detected/fired upon and to be sure, I watched the SEAL team make land from my periscope.

But I end the mission and the debriefing states I've never accomplished any of the objectives.

So what did I do wrong?
