There's only one 3D exporter that grabs the files from the GR2's and exports to the obj format that I know works to extract the complete 3D models in a click of the mouse button.
That program is no longer distributed by the Author due to his promise to RAD Games to not use their .dll files.
I'm pretty sure he can provide any 3D objects you want from SH5 if you ask him.
