IIRC Trav's mod can work with OMGEU but it can cause some problems. Honestly though the only mod I use with OMGEU is Karle94's H-39 BB mod as something he did with it fixes the save game crash problem with OMGEU.(if I can ever figure out what i'll be in heaven) Also most of the mods you have installed you don't need as well IIRC so that could be part of the problem. I suggest taking out
11 New Ships + Yamato AA Fix by Miner1436
Dissappearing U-Boat Conning Tower Fix by ZeeWolf
GrafSpee_Scheer and Office Mod.(trav made his own that comes with his OM mod)
Then add Trav's mod after adding OMGEU and let us know if it works.
