There is obviously something wrong.
As you are using magnetic fuzes try changing
FX_Update_0_0_22_Torpedoes (modified for torpedoes failure patches) folder 3
to
FX_Update_0_0_22_Torpedoes magDet range 3m
(modified for torpedoes failure patches) in folder 4
