I think "FUBAR" might be overstating.
Besides, like Letum I have yet to see a single air raid (and I've played... gosh... maybe as many as a hundred GWX patrols).
On the other hand, I see ships all the time!
Given the amount of work involved in changing the air raid lights I don't think I'll bother... not on the off-chance that I see an air raid some time in my
next hundred patrols.
