dont know if you ever got this issue fixed... I had a hell of time with the same prob,what i done was copied the cfs3 exe from the cfs3 folder and renamed it to shell and copied it into the cfs3ww1 over flanders field folder overwriting the existing shell exe ..and bingo it worked
