Ok, this is some really strange behavior by SH3 Commander. It updates the changed value for the TII ranges and speeds based on the date in the patrol, but it
does not update the orders templates based on the date in the patrol.
I find this rather surprising.
In all honesty this doesn't make any sense from a programming standpoint.
