Default Atlantic Fleet - Dynamic Campaign

Campaign Summary. Displays player roster of ships and tonnage tally of the war to date. If the allies consistently lose over 300,000 tons per month (700,000 once the US enters the war) they lose the Battle of the Atlantic. Note the 2 damaged BB's (battleships) which will need repairs in port.

Ship Movement. There are 5 ships and 2 subs in Britain's home waters. Tapped the 3 ships to highlight them, then tap in a surrounding zone (highlighted) to move those 3 ships into it. Red ships are enemy (German) ships and subs that were detected last turn.

Event. There is a surface raider roaming the south Atlantic. Better send some units down there to deal with it and stop the merchant tonnage sunk.

Weather Systems. It is late November and a storm front is crossing the Atlantic. Weather patterns follow Westerlies, Trade Winds and are seasonal. Weather impacts detection or being detected. Clear weather is great for hunting convoys but leaves you exposed, storms let you move about the map with less chance of being spotted.

Convoy Routes. This filter on the map shows where allied merchant shipping is concentrated. Darker the blue, the more shipping. Convoy frequencies, routes and time running are all historical.
