I have exactly the same problem as

I'm clear with the
modus operandi : in habor, watch officier admiring the view.
Ctrl+PgUp raises the attack scope, but no pennants.
What do you mean exactly by "edit the .eqp file"? I know how to do that, what I'm asking is a small example....Please...And what about the two .jpg files?
