Holy crap! I totally didn't expect anyone else to have this problem at all! I am pretty happy though, I thought that I wouldn't be able to play SH3 at all, but this seems to be the only problem I have found so far. I'm hoping that someone smarter than me will have this problem, at least smart enough to fix it. Not that I'd wish something bad on anyone, I just hope there is a person who is better at this stuff than me who can fix it.

I am not either. I wonder if it has to do with the OS. I have gone from a Windows 7 machine to Windows 10. Right now that is the only thing I can think of.
