The is tilt on the steering wheel but i rarely use it.
The truck is what is know as in the British army as a CST a Combat Suport Tanker.Or as the guys that use it call it the Oskosh.
The Tractor unit is American the Tanker is French and the Pumping unit is German.
I belive they drive on the left in Cyprus which if true is bad news for me as i have driven most of my adult life on the right.

Your quite right about Cyprus Chris mate (had my honeymoon there) they drive on the same side (left) as us in the UK

I'd recognize that truck anywhere! That's an Oshkosh industries MTVR, 7-ton truck.
A fine machine, no? Tough as nails if a bit flammmable. That looks like the MAS-armor version with spaced armor and and the armored crew box.
