I think there's a solution for your problem :

Find and extract two .dds files (
AFB_NakajimaN_T01.dds and
AFB_NakajimaN_T01_lr.dds ) to your sh4/Data/Air/AFB_NakajimaN and that's it!
And I didn't find any other missing or corrupted textures. I'm using the same two mods as you.
