Yep, there was also
Le Mans (arguably the greatest racing movie ever),
Papillon, The Hunter, The Thomas Crown Affair, The Getaway (Both of those last were remade - quite badly - recently),
The Magnificent Seven, On Any Sunday (a documentary about motorcycle racing, and McQueen didn't act in it, he was one of the racers).
Terrence Steven McQueen was a much better actor than a lot of people give him credit for, and appeared in a lot of very good movies.
