If you use SH3commander you can change the proximity to land settings
I use mine at 128 TC
Breeze through

If you dont use SH3commander
Why not ????

You can change the settings in the main cfg

C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg

[TIME COMPRESSION]
TimeStop=0
RealTime=1
LandProximity=128 <-----Here

And also the one in

C:\Documents and Settings\****\My Documents\SH3\data\cfg
