Sorry, stupid Q. Found tolerance -hadn't tried it before.
Set tolerance to be 0,50 nm - still no luck. Problem seems to be again 4th waypoint = last of first row. Now, this is the very first time I really think the sim could have been done way muuuuch better. Also it's weird CTD occurs now when I exit the game, not before. Then I got the error message...
