Whoops, I see the problem... give me a few minutes. You might have noticed this in the sh4speech window:
Undefined subroutine &main::KEYEVENTF_EXTENDEDKEY called at go.pl line 470, <STDIN> line 1.
UPDATE: Fix posted.
