I am entirely accountable for my actions, sir. I serve at the pleasure of Neal Stevens, and it is well understood that I may be removed from my position for whatever reasons he feels are important. Furthermore, you are able to convey your concerns to Mr. Stevens by the private messaging feature on the board. Accordingly, he acts as the direct supervisor for all moderators, and you should direct your concern to him as previously stated.
Stating your case in the manner that you have chosen here will do little other than anger a group of people, and unless this was one of your objectives, it will not better your case.
