I take "myself" back. The nomograph measures well, I was doing things a touch wrong.
Thanks for the update Probex. I normally use my metric nomograph but I spent an hour or so last night testing the imperial nomograph. I was/am trying to help someone who is getting speed results that are greatly different from actual speed. In my tests the imperial nomograph was pretty much spot on. It was always within a quarter knot or so of the true speed. Obviously, with the way the ruler works it won't be exact every time, but it should always be very close.
