Thanks for the lengthly reply but I dug around and deleted some irrelavent game that wasn't SH3.
SO the skins are in and I'm happily beginning a new patrol.
But seriously. That is ALOT of skins. I didn't know it was THAT extensive a mod. Truly commendable.
