I think Iran just wants us to pay for a bunch of shiny new ballistic missiles, so they got rid of the old crappy ones. Of course the American taxpayer will be paying for shiny new stuff for both sides.
I guess the printing presses will be busy printing greenbacks, I imagine they never stop running.
