The reserves from Moscow and Petersburg will never, and I mean never be used for other regions or countries never, that would go against Russia whole defence doctrine. Russia has only one friend they really care about, that friend is called Russia, nobody else. Russia is build up in defence zones with Moscow as centre the best, most is in the Moscow region with Ukraine using fast amounts of material Russia can not spare any only for their own main defence Moscow. Placing material in Iran at important places to prevent US from attacking Iran will not deter the US from attacking because they do not attack Russia itself, Russia sold all kinds of material to others that was blown away by the US in past wars.
