That maintenance issue on the Kursk should never have been allowed to happen and, that makes me wonder, what if some of these nuclear missiles they've got are also suffering with the same maintenance issues as well?. Russian standard of safety is totally lower than ours, so am afraid for all equipment is not safe or maintained.
