I cannot find the above folder and I am running SCXIIc, and it is working fine.
All I find in the graphics folder with usni are:
usnidata.grp
usnidata.ndx
usniref.grp
usniref.ndx

So did I fail to download SCXII and SCXIIc properly? As I said I am playing SC and it works. I have never completed installing or activating SCU.
