It is possible today to play WAC5.2 + DGUI 1920x1080 + Full Interior (with animations) in the Black Sea Campaign.
tests are underway in atlantic but It does CTD at Load screen in Lorient with type 9.
You can test by your side.
And you can try too with this Hansolo's mod which makes wac5.2 lighter :

(I haven't tried WAC5.2 yet with this mod + DGUI 1920x1080 but it can perhaps work^^)
What is certain today is that WAC5.2 + DGUI1920x1080 works more stable with less CTD than ARB1920x1080, that's already a great new.
