Hallo,
Thanks i have now deinstalled the gamersgate version of game.
Install again the uplay Version like it is described and changed the setting in my video card not to go to (in game) 60 Hz i have let like it was before these event bye 50 Hz.
I dont know if these was the reason or not but i can play again.
