Could you post the exact mod list order please?
The order has to be like in post #1 example.
Have you checked the right path For each of your mods?
When you open each mod, the first folder to come has to be Data...
To have LAA in fully use, have you unchecked the Read Only box of your SH4.exe properties?
If you have black parts, then you are missing some textures files.
This issue is on your side, as all U-Boats have been tested successfully.
