I can see your first problem straight away.
That
100_FalloftheSun_Ultimate_v8... folder needs to be in the
MODS Folder.
So copy that folder first into the JSGME folder, then open the
100_FalloftheSun_Ultimate_v8... folder and make sure you see this inside:
Then try again with JSGME please.
