What is that new secret plan other than just a second soft Brexit plan...? One that Brussel still can and probably will torpedo, since it wants the UK to negotiate new trade relations with the EU while still being subordinated to the EU's regime - something the EU always has denied to allow?
You can't stand on both sides of the door at the same time. Some people finally have to understand this.
