I cut out all the sugary stuff and pies pizzas and chips plus the old bread and as you say Jim smaller portions. Most of my excise will be at work lots of walking and stairs. I was shocked going up a flight of stairs and puffing and panting, not good that. Last job I was sitting on my arse in front of a screen. Decided on my days off the new job get out for a walk and have a work out on my own stairs without going OTT.

I don't bother weighing myself because in the past I was always on the dam scales saying things come on.... I let my new trousers tell me, bit tight at the moment but as time goes on when I need a belt for them I know I'm going in the right direction.
