I found the answer on the first page:

Delete all
***_Draggables.TDW files from main game folder and start the game again...
Sry admins, i thought the answer of this question was somewhere in the last 20 pages of this thread, didnt find it and for that i posted this question again.
Anyway, i dont want to spam this thread, just posted the answer again for
