I think Bungo Pete is a TMO thing. IIRC, the TMO AI is tough enough that the "elite" crew rating could be reserved for just one ship, a certain Akikaze DD which is always present, somewhere, in the Bungo Suido.
Although I've always previously prefered R.F.B, I'm playing TMO right now because I really like what Travelers Mod adds. OTC and RFRB are also must-have mods for me.
As for SH5 (love it, BTW), the graphics
are better, but they're not out-of-this-world better, and I think TMO's environment is the best of any I have seen.
