Here is the problem with the netbook. The CPU has enough power for the game. But the grafik chip and the ram are too weak for SH3 - even without mods.
For example:
LSH5.1 takes 3 minutes for loading on my
machine - from ssd. Both, LSH5.1 and Ccom (by rowi58) needs 4gb ram including the 4gb patch. GWX needs a little bit less hardware - but it needs more than the stock game as well.
