CO2 bug is fixed with "TDW_GenericPatcher_v_1_0_149_0" - and with it, a lot more bugs.
simpliciter - there are LOADS of bugs in this game...! Indeed: it's the worst piece of software i ever had. But: there are also great modders in this community and they made some must-have-mods, which turned this buggy, incomplete game into a thrilling sim...! It took me more than 6 months making this game playable&cool and i had to read endless threads/posts in this forum. Read the threads of The Dark Wraith (TDW), Trevally, Sober, Sjizzle, TheBeast, Stoiamn, etc. in the SH5 Mods Workshop. Check modlists carefully and you will see what they are making out of the buggy stock game! The mod list in my post above contains some of the must-have-mods.
p.s. Looks like you have the steam version? Then, modding will be hard...
