Only important thing is to enable mods in bunker and not to add them later on sea (some can but...) and every time to save to different save.
check if you did enable some patches and did not make changes in your options file that depend on them. For example the patch for independent props has two patches to enable in .exe and deck awash must be enabled in .exe and in options file.
Do not load ANY save, only one after the green tick is valid , others are corrupted because of mod changes!!
