This is a native bug in SHV that can
sometimes happen if you teleport to a station you have not already activated.
I found that if I manually visit each station prior to using any teleport command, the teleport commands function correctly so it may be a simple fix by ensuring all station scripts are loaded on game start.

For Nav Map plotted course line, I beleive you only need to update one file.
I am sure that Obelix will know what file that you need.
