Yes, you can use mep files in a way for the future. Are you using the (JGME), Jones Genereic Mod Enabler? If so, there is a way to save the mods, which saves them as a ***.mep file. That way you can disable some or all mods, then simple reload all mods at once instead of one at a time.

Yes, i use Jones generic mode enabler (JGME) to enable the mods one by one, i like this metod to enable mods
