$20 is just for the Accu-sim addon, the full package is probably more like $40-50, and it's for FSX alone, FS9 just can't handle it sadly.
But it's worth every single cent.
Let me give you an idea of what you get:
There is also PMDG which look a LOT of fun in terms of button pushing realism. Skybird swears by them, and they are on my list of aircraft to have a look at. But Accusim is a
lot of fun.
