well i did figure out the problem i was having. it was
RTFM problem
. i read alittle more about h.sies patch and all and found that you have to copy and paste some text from one file to the other but it has to be what ever mod is last that contains en_menu file. so im going to try the wolf pack stuff later as well. but it is comfirmed (as long as you read the manual) that h.sies patch will work with LSH.
