ok so when im on patrol my little messager ticker will just pop up with like "WE:" or "CE:" but it wont say anything and when i send a patrol report and recieve one it contains no text so whats going on with this? im going to post the same question in stieblers thread too cuz i think part of it has to do with that. as far as the sitting vessels i discovered i would just leave them cuz it does go with your "more lively" sh3. it was in the very begining of my patrol and thier there every time i pass that exact spot. so thats not that bad. the ones i was talking about before was two convoys almost back to back just sitting there but i havent expirienced that lately so it might have just been a fluke.

Think you won't need "Waterstream+Exhaust Combi V2.3 for GWX3" because it is already included in LSH3.
I don't think the two TDW-MODs do have a "en_menu.txt", neither the last one. Have a look for the remaining two "Stiebler3_Addon_for_V16B1" and "O2-Gauges v2" if they do!
