I'm useless with screenshots...
All the other officers are fine, just this one.
Under the picture, even the buttons to change face is blanked out. The
other info about him is correct - name, qualifications, number of patrols.
Wonder if I should fire him and get another now that commander is running? Then again, it might do it again.
