Hi, I am having this problem

Clean install + MMM 0.4 AIO + No magic Skills v1.5 MMM0.4 compatible

I observed also that the ruler and compass tools have this problem. The protractor is fine.

EDIT: SOLVED BY ADDING EQUATOOLS LARGE STYLE OVER THE ABOVE
