That is strange, mine works just fine. Do you have Game Fixes Only Mod, does campaign or war patrol work?

Wich version of SH4 do you have v1.4 or v1.5, because this ship was only tested with v1.5.

This is my mod list:

Game Fixes Only Mod v1.1=1
STOCK_different_smoke_Websters_Maneuver=2
SH4 Flag Replacement=3
Nav Map Make-Over v. 2.0=4
NMMO Airbase Add-on=5
ML Okinoshima v11=6
