Yes, if you select Alberich Coating you much rename files adding "_albrecht" to filenames. This will enable your preffered Skin Texture to be applied when using the Alberich Coating.

Other Coatings:
Improved Alberich = _alb_imp
Tarnmatte = _tarn
Improved Tarnmatte = _tarn_imp
